What makes GreenPan cookware different from traditional non-stick pans?
GreenPan uses Thermolon, a healthy ceramic non-stick coating derived from sand. Unlike traditional coatings, it is manufactured without the use of PFAS, PFOA, lead, or cadmium, ensuring no toxic fumes are released even if accidentally overheated.
Is GreenPan cookware dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and warm soapy water to maintain the non-stick properties and the beauty of the ceramic coating for a longer period.
Can I use metal utensils on my ceramic coating?
To preserve the life of your pan, we recommend using silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils. Although some of our collections are metal-utensil safe, using non-metal tools will prevent minor scratches and prolong the non-stick performance.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Does GreenPan work on induction stovetops?
Yes, many of our collections feature Magneto induction technology, which provides excellent base stability and ensures high performance on all stovetops, including induction, gas, and electric.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
