At GreenPan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your healthy ceramic non-stick cookware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.

Pack and Ship

Place your unused cookware in its original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
